Why the firm exists
Founder Jaime Madrigal spent his early career at established personal injury firms across California, where he watched the same problem play out over and over. Injured people, many of them Spanish-speaking and facing their first accident, were handed off to case managers and assistants. They rarely spoke to the lawyer whose name was on the door. Jaime started Madrigal Law to do the opposite.
What we do
The firm represents injured people across California and Oregon in car, truck, and motorcycle accidents, pedestrian and bicycle injuries, slip and falls, dog bites, defective products, brain and catastrophic injuries, nursing home neglect, and wrongful death. Jaime is licensed in both states and handles every case personally. When you call, you talk to him, not a screener.
Every case is taken on contingency. There is no fee unless Jaime wins, no hourly bill, and no cost to have your case reviewed. That structure exists so the quality of your representation never depends on the size of your bank account.
